We arrange delivery within Iraq and can arrange installation by qualified technicians. Because every site and every system is different, we confirm delivery and installation details with you for each order.

1Delivery areas
We arrange delivery to Iraqi governorates in coordination with you, and you can also collect your order yourself if that suits you better. Delivery to some locations depends on suitable transport being available for large, heavy items such as panels and batteries.
2Cost and timing
Delivery cost and timing depend on your governorate and the size and weight of your order, and we confirm both with you when the order is confirmed, before it ships.
3Receiving your order
- Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.
- Check the packaging and products before signing for delivery.
- Tell us straight away about any visible damage or missing items, with photos if possible.
- Store panels as delivered in their packaging on a level surface, and batteries somewhere dry and shaded until installation.
4Installation
We can arrange installation of your system by qualified technicians; its cost and timing depend on the system size, your roof and the distances between panels, inverter and distribution board. The work usually covers fixing the mounts and panels, running the cables, installing the inverter, batteries, breakers and earthing, then configuring and commissioning the system.
5What to prepare before installation
- Roof space that is as shade-free as possible, ideally with panels facing south.
- A covered, well-ventilated indoor space for the inverter and batteries, such as a dedicated equipment room or a garage, away from bedrooms, living rooms and the kitchen and close to the distribution board.
- Photos of the roof and the distribution board to help us plan ahead.
- Information about the loads you want to run and your current generator subscription, if any.
6Safety first
Don't try to connect panels or batteries yourself unless you are qualified: panel DC voltage and high battery currents can be dangerous. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and use a qualified technician.
