We only collect the information we need to serve you:

• Contact details you enter yourself, such as your name, phone number, governorate and address, when you place an order or send the contact form.
• Order details: products, quantities, payment and delivery method, and any notes you add.
• The content of your messages and enquiries, whether through the website, WhatsApp or phone.
• General technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device type and language, to run and protect the website.

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm and prepare your order, and arrange delivery and installation.
• Answer your enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Handle warranty follow-up and after-sales support.
• Improve the website and protect it from abuse.

We don't use your data to send marketing messages without your consent.

We never sell or rent your personal data. We may share the minimum necessary with parties that help us serve you, such as delivery companies, the technicians assigned to your installation, or manufacturers' agents when following up warranty claims, or when required by law or a competent authority.

Orders and messages you send through the website are stored in a database run by Sanity, a content management service, and the website is hosted on Vercel, which may log general technical data about visits, such as IP address and request time, to run and protect the website. When a new order or message arrives, the website may send its details to our team on Telegram or by email, so we hear about it straight away. These services operate outside Iraq, so your data may be processed and stored on servers outside the country. Access to your data is limited to the relevant members of our team.

We keep this data for as long as needed to serve you, handle warranty follow-up and meet legal obligations, then delete it or separate it from your identity.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

The website stores some data in your browser so you find everything as you left it: your cart, wishlist and compare list, your chosen currency and dark mode, recently viewed products and recent searches, your solar calculator inputs, and whether you closed the announcement bar. The contact details you type in the order form are kept temporarily while you fill it in and cleared once the order is sent, and a summary of your latest order is kept only in that browser tab, for its confirmation page, until you close it. If we update the website while you're writing in the contact form, your draft is kept briefly so it can be restored after one page reload. The store doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising.

This data is stored on your device, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

When you choose to send your order or message on WhatsApp, the website prepares the message text with the details you entered, such as your name, phone number, address and order details, then opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself. That message travels through WhatsApp, a Meta service, and is governed by its privacy policy.

Likewise, when you open a map or share a page on social media, you move to services run by other companies, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason. Contact us through the contact page and we'll handle your request.

We may update this policy as our services develop or legal requirements change, and the updated version will be published on this page.
