This website is an online store that presents and sells solar energy systems and their components, including panels, inverters, batteries and accessories. It is operated by the company named above within the Republic of Iraq.

We take care to keep specifications accurate; they are taken from the manufacturers' datasheets. Manufacturers may update their products' specifications or appearance, and the official datasheet remains the reference. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

• Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars; US dollar prices are approximate, based on the exchange rate.
• Prices and availability may change without notice, depending on the exchange rate and supplier prices.
• The price that applies is the one we confirm with you when your order is confirmed.
• If there is an obvious error in a product's price or specifications, we will contact you before completing the order to correct or cancel it.

Sending an order through the website or WhatsApp is a request to buy. It is only complete once our team contacts you and confirms availability, the final price and delivery details. We may decline an order for reasons such as limited stock or being unable to deliver to the requested location.

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer or ZainCash, as agreed when the order is confirmed. For some large or special orders we may ask for a deposit, and we will make that clear before confirmation.

You can also ask about paying in instalments when you order. Instalments are subject to our approval and to the terms we agree with you when confirming the order, and apply to your order only once agreed.

The solar calculator's results and our technical recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and on general averages for sun and outage hours. Actual performance may differ depending on location, weather, installation and usage.

Solar systems operate at high voltages and currents, so they must be installed by qualified technicians following the manufacturer's instructions, with suitable breakers and earthing. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use contrary to the instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We always aim to resolve any disagreement amicably through direct contact before turning to the competent authorities.

We may amend these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders.
